2. Eligibility

To become a PrimeBond member, you must:

Be 25 years of age or older.
Be legally single (unmarried, divorced, or widowed).
Complete the application and verification process.
Communicate respectfully, honestly, and in good faith throughout your membership.

Membership is not available to individuals who fail to meet these criteria or who have previously been removed for violating PrimeBond’s Code of Conduct.

3. Scope of Service

PrimeBond provides personalized matchmaking and relationship guidance, not an automated dating platform.
Each introduction is professionally reviewed, verified, and curated by our matchmaking team.

While we cannot guarantee marriage or specific outcomes, we commit to providing all services with integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

4. Payments & Refunds

A non-refundable application fee is required before your form is processed.
Membership fees must be paid in full before matchmaking begins.
Because our services are customized and time-intensive, refunds are not available once the matchmaking or verification process has started.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

We treat all client information with the highest confidentiality.
Members agree not to share or disclose the personal details, photos, or identities of any individuals introduced through PrimeBond.

All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Code of Conduct

As a PrimeBond member, you agree to:

Communicate respectfully with both matches and staff.
Represent yourself truthfully and authentically at all times.
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or solicitation of money from any member.

Violations of this Code may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership without refund.

7. Safety Disclaimer

PrimeBond conducts thorough identity and background verification to promote a safe environment.
However, we cannot control member behavior beyond introductions.
You are responsible for exercising personal discretion, judgment, and caution during all interactions or in-person meetings.

PrimeBond does not accept liability for decisions made by members following introductions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeBond Matchmaking, its representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Emotional, romantic, or personal outcomes of relationships.
Financial losses, damages, or incidents arising during personal meetings.
Any actions, omissions, or conduct of other members beyond our direct control.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to PrimeBond for the specific service in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, visuals, graphics, branding, and design. It is the exclusive property of PrimeBond Matchmaking.
No part may be copied, distributed, or reproduced for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. Termination

PrimeBond reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any membership that violates:
